* The data collected here are intended to establish conditions that will allow us to serve you better, as stipulated in b) of article 6 of the RGPD - "The processing is necessary for the execution of a contract in which the data subject is part or for pre-contractual arrangements at the request of the data subject ";

The data now collected is:
- limited to the purpose for which they are intended;
- treated and stored by the Marques S.A.;
- they will be accessed only by employees whose functions justify access to them.

This data will remain in the possession of the Marques, S.A., except for the legal obligations resulting from the Portuguese legislation at the archives level, for 10 years. At the end of that period, if it is not justified to remain, the recipient undertakes to erase or anonymize them.
